There won't be blood vessels until the egg has been incubated for a few days.

That only works after its been incubating a few days, to check immediately for the general fertility of the flock, you look for the bullseye.
It look's fertile to me but the yellow bowl make it hard to tell.

Thanks guys. I just cracked one to check fertility. Since my rooster was sick, he has healed now, I haven't seen him do anything with the hens so was wandering.
