Is this egg Fertile?

Okay so this morning I found this egg in one of my nesting boxes and cracked it open. I saw what appeared to be a small white dot in the middle of the yolk and was wondering if that meant it was fertile or am I just an idiot.

how many roos do you have. You can still eat firtilized eggs if newly layed.

It should have a white bulls-eye on the yolk. It'll be one white dot surrounded by a thin white outline of a circle. You'll be able to tell really well. =]
