Is this egg fertilized? (pictures)

I was wondering if this egg is fertilized. It is from a hen and rooster who are both about 1-1.5 years old. I would also like to know how to tell if an egg is fertilized. These are the clearest pictures I could get I'm sorry if they are a little blurry. If you can't tell at all I can try again this afternoon the hen is laying another egg. Thanks in advance!

Yep I think so because I screenshot a picture up close of it and this is what I saw

Yeah it has a white bulls eye, should be fertile!

I don't see any signs of a fertile egg, The bulls-eye should look like this when fertile.

It doesn't look fertilized. It would look like the picture above if it was.
