Is this egg fertilized?

I have a pullet that started laying on Saturday. She has laid a great egg each day since Saturday. I had one of her eggs today on a sandwich. When I cracked it, I saw the white circle. Does it look like it's been fertilized? (Yes she's with a cockerel)
