Is this egg fertilized?

We have 5 hens and one roo who is about 4 months old. This is the second egg I’ve gotten that appears (to me) to be fertilized. But I am a beginner chicken mama so I could definitely be wrong. I appreciate everyone’s wisdom and opinions!

Generally takes 6 to 9 months for a cockerel to mount properly on a hen.

I think this is infertile. Anyways, if you wanted to hatch, that's obviously not happening.

I agree, the rooster is too young.
