Is this egg fertilized?

This is an egg from my Broad breasted white turkey. She has been laying eggs the past couple weeks and I was assuming that they would be unfertilized because my male turkey died a few months ago. Plus I have read that they may not be able to breed naturally anyway. I went ahead and put her eggs in my new incubator yesterday just in case. Then today she laid an egg and I decided to crack it open and this is what it looked like. Is it fertilized?

How is it fertile though?? I know a turkey hen can retain sperm for a few weeks, but you said your male died months ago..

Turkey’s can actually reproduce asexually with no male at all! It’s called parthenogenesis. I incubated a few eggs but nothing happened.
