No way to tell without cracking it into a bowl and checking to see if it's got a yolk and white; that's the only place where it matters. The shells will have variations and they're especially noticable in colored eggs.

Hopefully it's just a fluke.
Looks like there was some trouble during shelling.
Open it up and see what's in there...I suspect a double yolk.
