Is this feed good for breeding chickens?

I have switched my feed from Dumor Layer pellets, to this feed from the minonites.


14% crude protein
.75% lysine
.30% methlonine
2.50% crude fat
3% crude fiber
3% calcium
.35% salt
.60%phosphorus


would this be ok?

If your breeding chickens you want from 18 to around 20 percent protein.
