Is this Fertile?

Here is a picture of one of my Call Duck yolks. I cracked open 2 to see if they were fertile, this one was the bigger of the two. I have 2 hens and a drake. There are 9 eggs but neither will sit. It's their first year laying. I'm assuming if this one is fertile then most likely they all are. I put one in the incubator a month ago but it never grew viens. Does this look fertile to y'all? Thank you!

Thanks guys! I'm putting another batch in the incubator on the 1st so hopefully they'll hatch :) any ideas why they won't sit?

Some ducks just won't ever go broody and sit. When domesticating them and breeding them for egg production and/or size, sometimes broodiness gets bred right out. Especially with so many ducks that are artificially incubated.
