Is this fowl pox?

I have been noticing these little black spots on my chicken's combs and wattles. I am wondering if it could be fowl pox? They are all 23 weeks old. We have LOTS of mosquitos. Also, is it ok to be eating their eggs if they do in fact have fowl pox?

If it is fowl pox, is there anything I can put on it/give the chicken to get rid of it?

They look like scabs from pecking with each other, my does that all the time.
