The first hen may have a bit of mild frostbite on the back tip of her comb, but what your talking about is dried blood from pecking injuries. It's most likely because they are bored and this happens often during the winter. You can offer them a head of cabbage and hang it with rope in the chicken coop, which is a great distraction so they don't pass the time pecking each other. You'll want to spray some Woundkote on those pecking bites or put some Neosporin on the wounds with a q-tip, which will help heal them. The injuries are very minor, so I wouldn't worry about it, just get them a boredom buster so they won't resort to pecking. Hope this helps!
Peck wounds, not frostbite.
That is dried blood. The injury is minor and not that bad
