Is this good, quality feed & scratch? Pictures of labels!

The feed I have been giving my girls previous to this was okay I guess but half the bag was dust, so I just bought Nutrena brand feed and scratch. I got the Layer Feed and the Scratch. I know there was a recall on certain Nutrena products, but mine aren't included in the recall from what i've read and I live in MN. I just want to make sure i'm giving my girls some good quality stuff! Here are the labels~

I feed mine the nature wise all flock (5 roosters and 3 ducks)and put out oyster shell for the layers. My flock seems to like it just fine. I like the scratch with whole oats in it because even though they will eat the corn first, they will wait and eat the oats once they soften/sprout, so it gets cleaned up eventually. And I think there is more nutrition in sprouted grains.
