Is this Guinea crying or in pain?

My guinea is making a call that I haven't heard before. Is she in pain? I've attached a video to listen to.
Is she on a nest by any chance? Sounds a lot like what I call my hen’s “nesting seagull call”. And my guinea hens have been crazy broody with fall weather: 4 out of 10 hens!!! :th I swear they are desperate to have some babies to take into winter...

Here’s a video of nesting calls. Yours Reminds is the one where the words pop up saying that their is the sound of a guinea hen on her nest. The other sounds remind me of a buzzing insect call; mine will do that when they first get back to a nest. The end of the video shows how a male is “always around”, which has not been true for my birds. Instead, my cocks tend to ditch their broody hens and look for a new mate... I have deadbeat dads I guess!

That's similar to what I was thinking- it's what Rosie sounds like at 4 pm right after she makes her bolt for the coop to lay an egg.
I don't even know how to make the comparison between a 150# woman having a 6 # baby and a 2.5 lb guinea laying a 45 gram egg, but neither sounds "fun". 😉
