Is this just frostbite or something else?

The dark tips of his comb look like frostbite to me but what about the whitish part? It looks like blisters but I’m not sure. Searching for blisters I came up with Fowl Pox but it doesn’t quite match.

Does not look like typical fowl pox to me. I believe it is just frost bite.

What a relief! I was hoping I wasn’t in for a whole flock of Fowl Pox!
