Is this just molt?

I thought this girl was just molting but I have never seen this much feather loss!

Should i be concerned?

I have 11 hens everyone else looks fine

She's growing her feathers back but it's the wrong time of year for a molt in IL. Is she getting bullied in the flock? She has some blood on her comb. Is she roosted early?

Yes she roosted early! I don’t think she is bullied my two black astrolarps are in the top 3 of pecking order.

I have the run wrapped in plastic and a regular light in the coop from 6am-pm
