is this just new feathers growing in?

One of my two chocolate Orpington hens has a lot of white on her face and the other doesn’t, i know that they’re both finishing up their molt, I just want to know if there’s something wrong with her face or all that white is just new feathers?

Those are new feathers. It is molting season.
