Is this just Spring? My chickens look GORGEOUS! Anybody else?

Am I having Spring Fever? My chickens are 3 years old, they are REALLY gorgeous birds today. Every one of them could win a blue ribbon if I showed them, I am sure. Has anybody else noticed their chickens are unusually pretty? Does this happen every spring to every chicken?

I DID notice that my BCM rooster was brighter than usual yesterday, but the sun was shining and DH and I were enjoying the outdoors for the first time in a while.... maybe yours have always been that beautiful and you just took a better-than-usual look!
