Is this leg mites

Im not concerned about the dirtiness/yellowing of the scales because of the dirt and dust im worried about how some scales are curling up like leg mites

I’m not seeing any of the scales curling up. But a foot bath wouldn’t be a bad idea to take the dirt off.
