Is this Leukosis?

Necropsy results are in. I have the option of testing for Mareks or Leukosis for an additional fee. I think I will do that I can have a definitive diagnosis so that I can make informed decisions about my flock moving forward. Any thoughts?

I'm so sorry for your loss. Did you end up testing for Mareks and ALV?

We discovered hemangiomas on our disabled silkie a few days ago and it's being suggested that she might have ALV, so I'm curious.

She tested positive for Mareks and negative for Leukosis. I’ve learned from a Mareks & ALV Facebook support group that the two diseases present so similarly that you really can’t diagnose without the PCR test.
