okay - so I've been through a lot with my prolapsed hen, but I see that her prolapse has been healing nicely, is rarely visible anymore, and she has been laying clean eggs. She still has a dirty butt, though, with occasional bleeding, and is preoccupied with it. Is it possible that she has lice? After thoroughly cleaning her up I often notice white clumps that I cannot get off. They are definitely around the base of her feathers, but also on her bare flesh. Here's a photo:

well I couldn't see any thing
but you describe feather mites

I would put sevin 5% dust on her bum and see if that helps

is the chicken house clean?
are the nest boxes clean?

If not then you need to clean all and use sevin 5% on the clean foor and nest boxes before putting the litter back on it or in it

I would also make a solution of
1 qt new car oil
1 qt keroseen ND PAINT WITH A BRUSH THE WOOD AREAS OF THE SHED
PAINTING THE HOLES AND KNOR HOLE IN THE WOOD
AS THAT IS WHERE THE LICE AND MITES LIVE TO BREED
