He still looks very young.
A lot of people would say he/she is still to young to tell the gender of.

how old is she/he

To me, he does look roo-ish, but you don't know what gender they truely are until there is an egg layed and you hear a crow

You can check on the crown and if the crown has bumps on it then it is a cockerel but if the crown is smooth then it's a pullet.

I"m gonna jump in on the too young to tell bandwagon. I had one that I was convinced was a roo until I watched an egg pop out of her! (Her name is Butch, by the way!) LOL! Good luck!
