Is this long high pitch call a sign of a broody quail? (video)

this unique long high pitch call seems to happen either laying of an egg or right after laying an egg. i noticed she is also "somewhat" sitting on an egg (you can see abit of the egg in the video on the right), but usually not for very long. anyway she stays with this position, with mouth slightly quivering while making this call for ~30 -60 minutes.

My black one makes this as well.

I can always tell when my neighbors chickens are laying eggs, they make a similar sound. I have a 'screamer' too, she is not even laying eggs anymore but goes along with the rest when it is time to lay eggs. Sorry, she is not going broody. :(
