Is this mushroom poisonous to my hens?

Hard to say but probably not. You need to research the mushroom type, since I don't know what kind it is either, and then try to figure it out that way. Are they eating it? Ours free range and I'm sure they run into all kinds of mushrooms and stuff, but it seems they know what to avoid, for the most part.
