Is this my cuckoo maran rooster? Or a California gray?

I have 11 week old chicks. The lighter colored one looks like the California gray hens but does not have yellow feet. Could he be the cuckoo maran rooster? I think the dark one is a cuckoo hen. Thanks for your help.

The first one is an Olive Egger pullet the second is a cuckoo marans cockerel.

I agree first one is an olive egger. The crest says she is probably a mix of cuckoo marans and crested legbar.
The second does look like a cuckoo marans cockerel. Note his pink skin.
