Is this my hen molting?

Maybe she wasn’t fully feathered?

She is definitely fully feathered..

I have more photos, finally! Maybe she is getting picked on. She has a black mark this morning on her comb. I do not see any bugs. Any opinions? No roosters.

If she were molting there would be feathers everywhere under the roost. This is what my coop looked like two days into my hen's molt this month
