Is this newly hatched chuck going to be ok?

My first chick of the twelve eggs I'm incubating hatched. Is the cord hanging from it supposed to have been sucked up by the chick? I'm not sure what it is.

It appears to be the umbilical cord, a few of my hatchlings had it and they are fine
It’ll dry up and fall off on it’s own, but do not pull it off
