Is this normal appearance and behavior for my 5 wk chick?

Brand new chicken mommy here. I got my chicks on July 1st, 2017, from a lady that had a large variety of chicks of various ages on her farm. She said this one was 5 weeks old, (4 days ago). She said it was her last EE, which is what I wanted. She is much less energetic than my 2 other chicks I got. She seems to eat and drink fine, but she sits around a lot more, and is not as inquisitive as the other two. She is not lethargic, but more like lazy acting? She will follow them outside the coop, and she will take a dust bath with them, but then she just sits there, rather than exploring like they do.
Also, she looks pretty rough to me, with some bald patches. And I'm all worrying like a mother hen. Do baby chicks growing in their feathers normallly look like this? One of the other two is supposed to be the same age, but is a frizzle with nearly all her feathers, and the other is maybe twice as old or older, so it is hard for me to compare. I know I must sound really ignorant, but I want to make sure "Taylor" is a healthy little girl. (Isn't she adorable?!) Thank you so much.

I don't know about the laziness, but I have a wyandotte that was much smaller than the others the same age, and is JUST getting feathers now, when the others have had them for a couple weeks. They are all about 5.5 weeks old. So I wouldn't worry so much about baldness and feathers just yet. In fact yours has more feathers than mine lol

The chick appears underweight based on appearance of face. Body feathers in poor condition. By 5 weeks post-hatch the down on head and neck should have been replaced by feathers.

She does look younger than you stated. I would do a bug check on her. Make sure she doesn't have any creepy crawlies on her. Check her poop and make sure that looks normal. Otherwise, I would take the wait and see approach with her.
