Is this normal behaviour for a week old duck and few day old duck

I’ve just put a 3-4 day old duck with a week old duck -

is this normal ??


The week old is
Biting her beak
Biting her legs

Make sure the younger duckling is getting enough to eat and drink. More space with separated feed and water stations should help with the integration.

Ok and is it normal for this to happen ?

Yes. It's all about social order and competition for resources. As long as the younger is not injured/bleeding let them work things out.
