Is this Normal for a one hour old chick?

This is the last of my eggs to hatch and he was alone in the incubator but we put another one back it once it hatched. It seems like it can’t get it bearings??

It's never had legs before, give it a break. It will probably get used to it in a few hours, its not too unusual for them to struggle.

I think it is normal.
He is just stumbling a bit, learning to walk.

This is my first time hatching and it seemed like the others were up and zooming while this one seemed to have sea legs

Quite normal, it hasn't even fully dried (fluffed up) yet. Some will be faster than others, this one is just going to take a little longer.
