Is this normal???

This chick hatched around ten minutes ago, but it has this weird thing on its rear end that is bleeding a tiny bit. Is my chick ok??

How is the chick now?
The navel is not closed, if it's still like that, apply a small amount of Bacitracin or plain neosporin to the navel. Place the chick in a paper towel or soft cloth lined tea or coffee cup and put him back in the incubator where he will be safe and warm.
