Is this normal?

I’ve never hatched before but this morning I had some pips and this afternoon...a chick!!! I’m just wondering if this is normal? the chick posed nicely for me also the humidity has jumped up to 78 and is rising. How high is too high?

7 healthy chicks so far! One of the new pips is just working at the same spot and has been for quite a few hours. It’s still alive for sure but doesn’t seem to be making progress anymore. Should I help it?
