Is this normal???

I have 4 Partridge cochin chicks that will be 4 weeks old tomorrow and they all are missing feathers on their shoulders except for 1 but that's because he's already gotten in his feathers there. IS it normal? They're not bloody so i don't think the other chicks are picking on them.

Oh.. I need to know too. Just one of my bantam chicks has spots on its shoulders/ wings just like that. The rest don't. And mine are just about 4 weeks old too.

If you see the bald spot on the back of the neck between the shoulders when they put their heads down, I think that's normal. All ten of mine went through that at differing times when the down fell out and the feathers hadn't come in all the way.
