I’ve noticed these little hard things on eggs at times… is it dried blood maybe.. or some type of deficiency?

Probably calcium deposits. If you go to that paragraph here, it looks pretty similar. I'd give it a couple days and should go away. If it keeps recurring, perhaps evaluate what they're being fed as it'd be weird to think a hen could get too much calcium, but that's a possibility if it keeps happening.

Just a shelling glitch.
Probably just that hen rather than a diet issue.

What do those spots look like on the inside of the shell?

Inside looks normal & only happens every now & then.

They look like normal calcium deposits to me.
