Is this normal?

My new hen, one leg is changing colour, which I know is normal when they start the lay, but it's a blue/green kind of colour, normal or not? I'm not yet sure of her breed.

Hello & welcome to the flock! Some breeds actually have green legs! (Think Marsh Daisies!) Since you aren't sure of her breed, I wouldn't be worried at this point........ it's a bit hard to tell from the picture, but it doesn't look abnormal to me.
