Is this okay

If I let one my hens raise chicks do I have to have a broody coop or can I leave them with the other hens because they are all girls and no roosters and they will be in about a foot high nesting box also?

mommy will take care and protect new babies, just be sure to take away layer food and switch to chick starter ,moms can eat it. layer food has too much calcium for baby chicks
