He could be... If he is then his color is rather poor quality. But I suppose coming from a hatchery that's to be expected. I'm not sure what color he would be considered.... Black with a good deal of silver leakage? Blue with leakage?

Looks similar in form, but not in colouring. I would say yes, but poor quality.

Does the hatchery carry Black and Blue Hamburgs? It could be the case. Not one of the better looking but has some traits there.
