I got 4 RI Reds 3 weeks old..all heathly eating running around, like to voice their opinions! Lol
I have noticed this morning that the smaller one was on its side laying and the other 3 were standing on it sleeping in a corner..I moved the the 3 off of the one laying down and picked it up and it was perfectly fine...is this pecking order, or do the other babies know something I don't know as far of an illness or what?

Does not sound like pecking order - more like a weak chick being inadvertently trampled. If possible separate with a see through partition and make sure it is getting enough to eat and drink.
