Is this plant toxic to chickens?!

My chickens like to hang out by this plant and I am worried that it is potentially toxic, I tried looking it up but no help. Should I be worried?

Yes they will sometimes eat the berries but they mostly eat the leaves. I will try and identify it again, thank you

It is a pepper tree and it says it is potentially toxic but my chickens have hung around it a while now and they are all perfectly healthy

I came up with the same thing. Chickens are usually able to discern whats ok to eat and not. I'd say it would be ok for them to be around if they have been before.
