Is this coloured poop normal? Is this cecal poop or blood?

Not cecal.
How old is this bird?
Might be intestinal shedding.

What all and how exactly are you feeding?

Basically one of my chickens ate a needle pin with a ball head some 15 days back..he was very sick for a week..but he is recovering now..so i think this might be his poop and i was wondering if its normal..they eat corn millets wheat hard boiled eggs..n sometimes cooked rice..they never ate the feed..never liked it..
