is this poop normal?

our 10 week old chickens who live outside sometimes poop on the ground, but today i saw a weird looking poop that is a lot warmer in color, liqudy, and smell HORRIBLE! idk why it is, but i think it is just one chicken with that kind of poop. is it bad? will it change?

If you feed organic chicken food your chickens poop will be a different color. If you feed other chicken feed they wont look the same.
