Is this poopy butt?

My 10 day old chick has been being a loner today
Not seeming right.
Had some poop over her vent but not much.
I cleaned her but her vent looks smaller than the others?
She is also bald on her butt area her whole bottom seems swollen, not sure if it's cause she's bald and it just looks swollen?
The others are fluffy on their butts.
I hope she's okay.

Washing them can make them look bald as the chick fluff sticks together causing the appearance of balding. As said above a pic when she's dry would be great.
Is she eating and drinking ok?

She is eating and drinking...seems better now.
But is this normal? She just pooped on me lol
