Is this potential roo behavior?

So I had 6 production reds from a straight run. When someone asked to buy laying hens from me I got 25 more 3 week old production reds all pullets on markdown at the feed store.

They were showing signs of stress and plucking feathers. I figured once i got them home to less cramped quarters they'd be fine. I was right, they are fine. I found out after they got home that the guy didnt tell me some had diarrhea but even that cleared up quickly and beautifully with a little love. I blended my other 6 3 week olds into the flock. There is at least one roo in there.

Since they've been together they behave differently than my mixed breed flock. My mixed breed flock never raises a beak to one another, and they range 3-5 weeks. Should all be pullets, except one of the silkies could be a roo.

My production red flock isn't pecking or hurting one another, but there are 3 trouble makers being aggressive. Again, no one is being pecked or hurt. There's just a lot of flapping, loud chirping and squawking, tall posturing, and assertive chest bumping. Especily when I add food and water. The other chicks kind of give them space when they start doing this.

Could these be my future roos? I'm definitely keeping a close eye on the in case they start hurting eachother, but right now they seem all bark and no bite.
