Is this pretty thing a rooster?

hello, ive had this pretty baby for about a month now and when i got her(hopefully) i was told she was a hen for sure but recently shes looking more like a rooster and it looks like she has similar saddle feathers to my rooster i already have. what do yall think? i was really hoping id get pretty bluegreen eggs!
