It looks male to me...

Two males can fight but any rabbit any sex can fight. It honestly depends on the rabbit and its personality. But two males can bond. I had two that bonded, one of them so sweet that he never even fought the other male during the process.

The odd male pair does happen, though it is rare. The lack of fighting doesn't necessarily mean harmony, though; I have seen one brother bully another horribly in spite of the fact that the subordinate is completely submissive.
