Is This Rhode Island Red a Rooster?

Hi! I am new to raising chickens, and a couple weeks ago we went and got five chicks. I do not know the exact age of them, but I know it is between five and seven weeks.
Is this Rhode Island Red a cockerel?










S/he is the one in front. When we got them, s/he was already much bigger than the others but I figured they were just a couple of days younger.


This is my other RIR that I got at the same time, for comparison:


And also, do you think I am able to put them outside yet? The temperature gets down in the mid-forties at night and up into the high-seventies during the day. I think they have all their feathers, but I am not positive. Here is a group shot:
2 RIR, 2 Barred Rocks, and 1 Danish Brown Leghorn

The thick legs and prominent comb give him away.

You can start putting them outside for "play time" while it is warm. I usually take mine out for a few hours and bring them back in at dusk until they are completely feathered in.

It is a cockerel, a production red aka hatchery grade RIR.

I have my chicks outside in a closed coop at night and they're at 4 weeks now.
It gets to the 40s at night and 60s 70s during the day. They keep themselves warm and I have a brooder lamp secured to the roof for them. They don't really care though and they run out of the coop in the morning when it's still cold to go dig in the sand.

Thanks for all of the replies! So it is ok for them to go outside permanently? I have been letting them out in their coop for a couple hours on the weekends, but never overnight.

Yeah just kind of check on them now and then to make sure they're not always huddled up for warmth during the day and bring them in on rainy or windy nights until they're over 7 weeks. It's what I've done with two flocks now when nights get to 40 and no problems. My birds usually go outside at 3-4 weeks.
