Is this RIR a roo?

I'm new to chickens and breeds with large combs throw me off. Is this a rooster or a hen? It's 6 weeks old.

Looks pretty much like my RIR rooster used to

Hatchery quality of course. He will get a bit darker and more handsome with age, but never the true mahogany dark that people breed for.
