Is this salpingitis? (Slightly icky photo - sorry)

My hen has laid this egg. Looks perfectly normal outside. She seemed egg bound for a bit, then she started laying again after an epsom salt soak. Some diarhea issues preceeded all this, and i notice whwn she lays i find some poop in the nest. All points to Salpingitis to me, but that usually results in a lash egg (I think) so I’m looking for confirmation. If someone ate an egg like this - presuming they didn't notice or it was less obvious - would they get sick? Thanks for any help.

That's not a lash egg, but it's not quite right looking either. If it smells OK I would use it in cooking, or cook it and feed it to the flock. If it smells off I would bin it.
