Is this scaly leg mites?

Or just rough skin? She was really dehydrated at the time of this picture which is why the bottoms of her feet were wrinkly.

It does not really look like scaly leg mites, more like rough scales. Still, to be safe, you could try dipping them into oil, just to make sure that there are none.
