Is this silkie a roo or a hen?

Sorry this is the only photo I have to upload. This silkie is for sale near me and the seller doesn't know if it is a roo or a hen. Can anyone tell from this photo? Thank you!

If I had to guess I'd say Roo. But more pics would be helpful.

That's definitely a rooster. The one behind the rooster is a hen.
