I don’t know if this is anything to worry about. She’s had this for several months now and her behavior and weight has been completely normal. She’s three years old. A few months ago I barely noticed it and assumed it was maybe a minor injury that’s already healing, but it hasn’t reduced or gone away. I thought I’d ask here for any insights.

does her breathing sound normal, like compared to another chicken?
Yes, her breathing and behavior is normal. I also worm her every month.

Could this be a clogged nostril? I did some searching around this forum for similar problems and this looks very similar to that, but I wanted to see what others think.

I've never seen anything like it but if she's acting 100% normal and has had it for a long time I wouldn't stress too much

That is quite a build up and might take some time to remove completely.
